Jerrad Ohr was born and raised in the Midwest in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Mr. Ohr attended Winona State University where he graduated with honors and received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-law with a minor in History. While attending Winona State Univerity, Mr. Ohr also worked with the University’s Information Technology department. During his final year at Winona State University, Mr. Ohr was honored for his academics by being named the Law & Society Outstanding Student of the Year.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Ohr moved to South Florida, and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor. While at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Ohr was a member of the South Broward Bar Association, the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and was an intern at Rosen & Ohr, P.A.
Mr. Ohr graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Shepard Broad Law Center.
In his free time, Mr. Ohr enjoys spending time outdoors. He enjoys kayaking, jogging, bicycling, rollerblading, diving, camping, fishing, wake-boarding, water-skiing, snowboarding and playing ice hockey.
Mr. Ohr is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts. He is a member of the Young Lawyers division of the Florida Bar. Mr. Ohr is also a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section, the Trial Lawyers Section, and the General Practice Section. Mr. Ohr is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million and Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.
In October 2020, Jerrad Ohr was awarded “2020 Top Lawyer” in Fort Lauderdale Illustrated. The October 2020 issue recognized him for his expertise in workers’ compensation law. This award was chosen based on peer reviews from other lawyers. Most recently, Jerrad was named to Super Lawyers® 2023 Florida Rising Stars list, a distinction bestowed upon only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.
